No, It is not a community-driven marketplace. Content Browser is a small -but aimed to be ever-growing- boutique company founded by a veteran digital artist with the help of a couple of talented people. 

Well. The plan is and to be known and to be accepted in the industry as a trustworthy brand what makes quality and trustworthy assets. Surely, we are not against to be community driven; However, such an enormous structure change (converting website type, technically) will take huge effort and consume a lot of time. So It will need a good reason such as, demand from artists and people us to make necessary changes to convert in future

As Content Browser is a boutique content shop; not driven by a community, there will be no extra fee or commision taken from the products. That makes our product prices slightly lower comparing  community driven ones

Site & Navigation

Every shop page and blog page of Content Browser has a Search form which is specifically intended to search something inside of that specific page. For example If you look for a 3D product, simply search it through the 3D shop page and you will only get 3D products as search results. Besides, We do have advanced filtering and sorting capability in the product archive pages so you can filter and sort all results either directly or after searching.

Only at the Homepage we do have a general search form so you can search anything i.e. products or articles something important to note: there is no filtering option at the homepage search results

At the Homepage you can search anything you want with the search form at the top of the page. Besides, the main menu at the header will lead you store pages of certain kind of digital assets. Moreover, you will see categorized menu over the 

You can easily see the filters and sort options whenever you are at a specific shop page of Content Browser as you can see a clear example below:

 

In the image below, you will see filters button at the upper left corner. This button works like a toggle; so, you can easily hide and show all filters at the left hand side of the screen.

This provides more space for the products and clear vision of the preview images. When filters are open, you will see a lot of options to filter out the specific type of digital product. Hence, you can choose whatever option you may want right there to find the right product types you exactly want

Again, in the image above; you see a sort option called “Best Match”. When you click it and open drop-down menu, you will see sort options like higher price, lower price, popularity etc.like options to sort the products out. Therefore, you might get clearer results while on the search for your specific product

Account Management

If you cannot activate your account, please write our support team at support@contentbrowser.com and we can activate it.

  • Search for the email

We’ll send the email from “Content Browser”  so you can search for it qucikly in all or specific boxes of your email

  • Resend the email

To resend the verification email, sign in to your account page. Click Resend next to the email address that you want to verify, and we’ll send an email to that address.

  • Make sure that you’re getting email

If you’re not, you might need to contact your email service provider for help.

Hover over the Account from the header menu in the upper right corner, click on the “Account Details” from the drop-down menu and make the changes you want in the account information.

Please send us a request email stating your reason for deleting your account. From here we will take care of the rest and send you an email that informs your account has been deleted.

You can send a reminder email for a forgotten password from your account. Hover over the header menu in the upper right corner and send yourself a reminder email by clicking “Lost Password” from the menu that appears.

On the other hand, there is no need for a reminder email for the forgotten account name, you can always log in with your email address and check your account name in the account details. 

Please create your password by paying attention to upper and lower case letters, numbers, special characters and minimum character length requirement. Also, make sure that the password you create is not the same as your last two passwords.

Shop

On the homepage and all content pages (3D, Image or Video), the “Hot Picks” content at the top of the page consists of the most recently uploaded products to the site.

 

 

Either from here or from the store pages, you can sort and display the products as the most recently added products.

We usually follow our own schedule and create content, but if you send us a request for any specific content via request@contentbrowser.net, we will queue your request and notify you by email as soon as we create the content you want.

Downloading

Yes, you must sign up for any downloadable content in Content Browser, including free content

After registering on our site, you can view the weekly free content section above the frequently asked questions summary section at the bottom of the Home Page, then click the Content you want from this section and download the Content by following the general procedure on the product page.

On the site, you will be able to view your downloads when you hover over “Account” from the menu at the top right of the header and click “Downloads” from the drop-down menu.

Purchasing & Billing & Refunds

Shortly, Yes!  Content Browser uses a state of the art encrypted processing system. Your credit card information is used only by our bank and is processed on a separate, secure server. 

On the other hand, crypto payment systems are self-encrypting systems where the transactions and identities of the payer and the payee are encrypted, so there is no need for you to worry about your payment security on our side, just make sure you write the correct payment wallet address when sending the payment because when you can’t send the payment to the correct address, you don’t know who you’re paying to, so you don’t have a chance to get the payment back and download the Content because you couldn’t make the payment to us

Currently, we accept worldwide accepted standard payment systems such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as PayPal, another reliable and accepted system worldwide, and USDT crypto coin as crypto payment only through MetaMask Pay.

We do accept Crypto-Currency payment through MetaMask Pay but only with USDT 

Hover over the Account from the header menu in the upper right corner, click on the “Payment Methods” from the drop-down menu and make the changes you want in the account information.

Hover over the Account from the header menu in the upper right corner, click on the “Orders” from the drop-down menu.You can see the entire list of your completed orders there, after that, find the order for which you want to view the invoice and click “View”, then you can view your invoice or download it to your computer.

Yes, subject to some conditions, you can get a refund for the content you paid for, please check our Returns and Refund Policy before making a request and check if you meet the required conditions for a refund.

If you have accidentally made a duplicate purchase please contact us via support@contentbrowser.net

Please include following details in email:

1- Your Username or email

2- Content Id of the purchased content

3- Date of the purchase

 

 

Some of our content is open to price offers and is displayed on the product pages with a button called “Offer Price”.
Please check if there is an “Offer Price” button on the product page of the content you want to quote, if so, make your offer to us by clicking this button and following the instructions. Your offer will be evaluated positively or negatively in a short time and then you will be responded to about your offer.
In addition, some Content is not open to price offers and the determined price is offered without negotiation.

If you are purchasing content on behalf of a company, you can enter the company information (tax number, etc.) and address in the relevant sections on the purchase page and ensure that the invoice to be sent after the purchase is on behalf of your company.

We currently do not have any subscription programs, our system is based on direct shopping/downloading.

Product Issues

Yes, you may request file format conversion for any type of Content, the way to do this is to follow the necessary form instructions by clicking the button named “Request Format Conversion” on the product pages. Each product page has this button so you can ask for format change through this button regardless of the content type (3D, Image or video). 

You can make a conversion request via the “Request Format Conversion” button on the footer on the shop pages or product pages, or you can send an email to request@contentbrowser.net by specifying the format type you want with the Id of the Content you purchased.

Most 3D models on Content Browser are for digital production,  but we do have some printable 3D models too. 

You may check if a 3D Content available for 3D print purposes on product pages under “Content Details” section. Also, you may have a clue if a Content is for 3D printing by checking the available file formats again in product page.

In addition to the solutions we’ve mention above, we do have a complete section which is dedicated only for 3D Print models; so you may want to check them out to see whether the model you interested is available for 3D printing or not.

If some components of the content (textures, materials, rigs, parts, scripts, etc.) are incompletely uploaded to the server, please contact us at support@contentbrowser.net with the content ID.

If Rig does not work, please contact us at support@contentbrowser.net with the Content ID, the software version you are using and any other details you would like to specify.

3ds Max

When importing fbx navigate to Animation section -> Extra Options and choose any Animation Take you want.

Cinema 4D

Import the fbx to C4D. Set the “Animate” Layout (upper right corner of the screen). Click on Takes tab in the animation window next to Timeline. You can see all the animations listed. Using the + icon next to every take you can switch between animations.

Unity

Import fbx to Unity. Click on the imported file. You can see all the animation clips in theInspector-> Animation tab. Just click play to see how each looks.

When importing fbx make sure Import animations is ticked. You can see all the animations in the content browser.

Blender

Actions can be managed with the Action data-block menu in the Dope Sheet Action Editor header, or the Properties region of theNLA Editor.

Conversions are completed, on average, within 72 hours of the request. Please note that support resources are limited on weekends and holidays. Wait times during these periods may be longer.

We require that you do not redistribute the Stand-Alone Content (Content in the way as you downloaded) or violate our License Agreement or Terms Of Service, or any laws in your jurisdiction.

Attribution is an application that varies by license type in Content Browser. You can review the license types and which licenses require attribution and which do not, on the License Info page.

The Free License is for personal use only and is prohibited for commercial uses. In addition, commercial uses vary depending on license types. You can find out which types of licenses are suitable for commercial use from the License Info and License Terms pages.

Free and Editorial content licenses are not available for commercial use in Content Browser. Commercial uses vary depending on license types. You can find out which types of licenses are suitable for commercial use from the License Info and License Terms & Agreement pages.

Your use of our content on YouTube and similar platforms varies according to our license types. Therefore, your use of our content on such platforms must comply with the terms of the Content Browser License Terms & Agreement and YouTube content usage policies. You can take a look at the license usage table we have prepared, thinking that it may be easier to detect in terms of creating an idea for such a use. But, we strongly suggest that you read our License Terms & Agreement  and check YouTube’s terms everytime before making any purchase from our site

This means that the Content you view in Content Browser can only be used for Editorial Purposes and cannot be used for any other commercial or advertising purposes.

No, this is not acceptable practice for our Content licenses. Licenses are issued at purchase to a person or company/organization and cannot be transferred, bartered, traded, shared, leased or given away to any other party.

No for both of these questions. Content Browser licenses are ongoing and last for the life of the end product you create with the item you’ve licensed. But of course, if you make a different end product you’ll usually need a new license.

For most Contents, the basic rule is that each license allows you to make one unique end product. However, our Extended License allows you to make multiple end products for both our Image, 3D and Video content.

You will need to contact us with the following information:

  • The Content Browser username or email address the account was created with
  • The ID number of the Content in question
  • The name of the license you purchased (for example: “Personal License”)
  • If you know it, the name of the license you wish to switch to (for example: “Extended License”)

This information will enable our team to assist you in the most efficient way possible.

If the Content license you purchased is not a Free, Editorial or Personal License, you can use your “End Product” or “End Products”  that you will produce with our Content for commercial purposes, under some certain conditions, Standard License or Extended License under extended conditions. We recommend that you review our “License Info” tables that we have prepared for more enlightening and easy to understand, or our “License Terms & Agreement” document, where you can get the most detailed information.

No, Content Browser keeps the rights to the product, can sell the digital files an unlimited number of times, and determine how long the product is available for sale. 

Troubleshooting

We do not have any bug/bounty program application at the moment, but if we make such an attempt in the future, you will be able to learn about this issue on the site.

If the download button is not working, it is likely that there is a technical problem with your browser. In case the download button does not work, please perform the following steps:

  1. Turn off your browser extensions
  2. Clear your browser cache and sign in to your Content Browser  account again
  3. Try a different browser

Privacy & Security

First of all, we take security very seriously at Content Browser.

Second, currently we do not sell any Content developed by third parties in Content Browser. All Content is thoroughly tested for stability and security.

And finally, our website uses an encrypted connection for all traffic. Traffic is continuously monitored for suspicious activity. All sensitive data is stored in an encrypted format.

We are fully aware that the first and most important issue that comes to mind when shopping online is the need for security. Content Browser uses a state of the art encrypted processing system. Simply, no. Content Browser also fully respects your privacy and we do not share, give away, rent or sell our customers’ email address or personal contact information with any other party and for any reason. We also only send information and email to customers who have given us express permission.

All data we store is to comply with the legislation and to ensure that our platform can work. We do not store information about your race, health, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, or political beliefs
  • We conduct regular internal audits of the information we hold to ensure that it is not against the law and that we are not withholding information about our core business. Audited data includes plug-ins we use, internal spreadsheets and databases, emails sent to Content Browser, third-party systems Content Browser uses. on our social networks, internal messaging software like WhatsApp, PayPal etc.
  • If a user requests a copy of all user data, we will provide them with the information we hold within a reasonable time.
  • We take great care of our backend to ensure that security is taken seriously to minimize the possibility of a data breach.In the event of a data breach, affected users will be notified within a reasonable time and we will do our best to minimize the damage. We will also report the violation to the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of detection of the violation.
  • If a user requests the deletion of their data, they can contact us here and their data will be deleted within a reasonable time. Once the data is deleted, it cannot be recovered again.
    Stored data is retained as long as the user has an account in Content Browser.
  • No third party can access the collected user data. We do not sell or share User data with services other than Content Browser, except as necessary for our core business, such as newsletters, payments via PayPal, and similar services.
  • We also ensure that all the services we use comply with GDPR in a satisfactory sense.
